CareerS Group - Advanced Clinician Scientists

Funding for setting up your own research group parallel to your clinical duties

The IZKF is a partner of the Clinician Scientist CareerS Programme at the Faculty of Medicine and funds the module CareerS Group,  which  offers advanced clinicians a start-up funding to set up their own research group and acquire further external funding. Crucial for this important career step into a scientific management position is, on the one hand, protected research time and, on the other hand, the acquisition of leadership skills. In this way, we want to support you with flexible financial resources and a supportive network at all levels.

Applications for the funding format CareerS Group are coordinated via the Clinician Scientist Program CareerS. If you are interested, please contact the programme coordinator Dr. Silke Jamitzky for further information.
