Basic and clinical reproductive research has a long tradition in Münster. Within the framework of the 2017-funded DFG Clinical Research Unit (CRU) 326 'Male Germ Cells', the local network of researchers has strategically been expanded, bringing together groups and projects for conceiving our CRC. 

Fostered by an open, university-wide call in summer 2021, researchers from the fields of reproductive biology, medicine, and genetics as well as andrology, physics, informatics, pharmacy, chemistry, mathematics, and evolutionary research joined their forces to form the flagship initiative: REPRODUCTION.MS
