The Faculty of Medicine has awarded the "Paper of the Month Award" since 2017. This award honours the excellent research of facullty scientists.

The current "Paper of the Month Award" (08/2019) goes to Dr. Jonathan Repple and Greta Karliczek, members of Prof. Dr. Dr. Udo Dannlowski's team from theInstitute of Translational Psychiatryfor the publication "Variation of HbA1c affects cognition and white matter microstructure in healthy, young adults". published in Molecular Psychiatry Aug 29, 2019 [Epub ahead of print] Abstract. This study was co-financed by the IZKF Münster in the project Dan3/012/17 awarded to Professor Dannlowski, along with other external peer-reviewed funding organisations.
