PD Dr. med. Gerd Meyer zu Hörste receives the DGN “Wissenschafts Preis” 2021

PD Dr. med. Gerd Meyer zu Hörste received the “Wissenschafts Preis” 2021 awarded the German Society for Neurology (DGN) for his groundbreaking findings on the development of autoimmune inflammatory diseases of the nervous system. PD Dr. Meyer zu Hörste is a IZKF Principal Investigator and senior physician and medical director of the cerebrospinal fluid laboratory and the neuromuscular center at the Department of Neurology with the Institute for Translational Neurology.  The IZKF cordially congratulates PD Dr. Meyer zu Hörste on the award

The German Society for Neurology awards this prize known as the Heinrich Pette Prize until 2019, to young German-speaking clinical-neurological scientists who deal with the pathogenesis, diagnosis and therapy or the pathological anatomy of diseases of the nervous system. The prize is endowed with 10,000 EUROS.
