OUR CORE SERVICES

• Generation of regular transgenic mice
• Generation of Sleeping beauty (SB) single copy integration transgenic mice, flanked by insulator and terminator sequences, and identification of the locus of integration
• Generation of conventional/conditional “knock out”, or “knock in” mice
• Generation of mouse models via CRISPR/Cas9 targeting in ES cells
• Generation of ES cell lines from specific mouse lines for organoid production
• Custom genotying/ Developing of the high efficiency qPCR genotyping assays
• Southern blot analysis
  • Designing and synthesis of the probe for Southern blot can also be done on request at additional cost
• IVF and cryo-conservation services:
  • High efficiency “in vitro” fertilization (IVF), and embryo transfer (ET)
  • Re-Derivation of Mouse Colonies
  • Long-term storage of mouse sperm/embryos
