Who are we?
"CiMIC Women in Science” is a network of women doctoral students and postdoctoral researchers from the life sciences labs in Münster.

What are our goals?
We invite internationally renowned women scientists to present their work within the “Pioneers in Cell Dynamics and Imaging” lecture series. The team also coordinates a casual get together “Happy Hour” with local women researchers.

Regular meetings take place on the first Wednesday of each month

Why are we part of the Women-in-Science Network Medicine?

• We would like to increase networking amongst women students and postdocs of different disciplines.
• We aim to foster an informal exchange with the guest speakers to get an insight into the prevalent challenges facing women in science and discuss career decisions by networking.
