12.-14. January 2026, 9:00-13:00
Multiscale Imaging Centre, Röntgenstraße 16, Münster

The workshop covers key methods of reproducible bioimage analysis. Core topics include image restoration, segmentation, 3D analysis, and tracking – all within structured workflows. Participants are required to provide their own image data, which must be submitted no later than six weeks before the workshop.

Tools:
•   Huygens: Deconvolution and image restoration
•   CellPose: Machine learning-based object segmentation
•   Arivis: 3D visualisation, spatial analysis and tracking
•   CellProfiler: Automated, reproducible image analysis workflows
•   TrackMate: Cell and particle tracking

Interested? Please get in touch with us giving your name, institute and the workshop title and let us know which topics you’d like to focus on: imaging@uni-muenster.de.
