Workshop content: The period during the (post-)doctoral research is a sensitive phase regarding one’s own goals. Which goals are to be achieved and why, this sometimes gets lost in the hectic pace of everyday life. In this workshop, early career researchers reflect their own goals, values, and drivers that motivate them. It provides a framework in which they can reflect the status quo, wishes for their future and perspectives.
