Nach der sehr erfolgreichen 1.Kohorte der Klinischen Forschungsgruppe "Male Germ Cells" (Link) soll das Programm nun allen Wissenschaftlerinnen und Klinikerinnen der med. Fakultät offenstehen, die ihre Führungsfähigkeiten mit Wissbegier und Experimentierfreude weiterentwickeln wollen.

Ziel des Programms ist es, die individuelle Wahrnehmung der eigenen Führung in Projekten und alltäglichen Aktivitäten zu verbessern, das Netzwerk der Teilnehmerinnen zu stärken und die Leaky Pipeline* zu schließen, um in Zukunft mehr Frauen in Führungspositionen zu erleben (mehr lesen).

Auf der Kick-off Veranstaltung des WisNetMed erweckte das Konzept schon bei vielen Interesse. Frau Maren Telsemeyer, die Projektleiterin der MOMENTUM Leadership Journey 2022, gab in einem Mini-Workshop Einblick in die Arbeit mit dem I2A Network und dem Leadership Circle.

*Unter dem Begriff „Leaky Pipeline“ wird der sinkende Frauenanteil in der Wissenschaft auf den verschiedenen Qualifikations- und Karrierestufen verstanden, der auf eine anhaltende strukturelle Ungleichheit zwischen Männern und Frauen hinweist.

After the very successful 1st cohort of the clinical research group 'Male Germ Cells' (Link), the program should now be open to all scientists and clinicians at the Medical Faculty who want to develop their leadership skills with a thirst for knowledge and experimentation.

The aim of the programme is to improve the individual perception of one’s own leadership in projects and everyday activities, to strengthen the network of participants and to close the leaky pipeline* in order to have more young scientists in leadership positions in the future (read more).

At the kick-off event of WisNetMed, the concept aroused interest in many. Maren Telsemeyer, the project manager of the MOMENTUM Leadership Journey 2022, gave an insight into the work with the I2A Network and the Leadership Circle in a mini workshop.
