A valuable procedure is the determination of the thickness profile from ADF micrographs.Possible achievements:

• Calculation of the thickness and mass profile / mapping, resp., for different materials according to Monte Carlo simulation obtained by MONCA
• Display of the profile as 2D or 3D plot in pseudocolors
