The ZBB offers scientists of the medical faculty and external institutions the opportunity to professionally store biomaterial samples that are collected as part of studies in the central biobank.

The ZBB offers:

• Experience in the planning of studies with biomaterials and their storage
• Breakdown plans and complete cooling device monitoring
• Professional software for the management of biomaterials

The ZBB requires from the sample suppliers:

• Compliance with the terms of use
• Provision of the minimal data record for all biomaterial samples
• Assumption of storage and administration costs (see cost plan)
