Supervision of Bachelor’s and Master’s Theses

Interested in writing a Bachelor’s or Master’s thesis in Medical Informatics? Students from Computer Science, Business Informatics, Bioinformatics, Data Science, and related fields are very welcome!

Machine Learning for Biomedical Data – Development and application of AI methods for analyzing biomedical data and supporting medical decision-making

Algorithmics & Data Visualization – Development and analysis of algorithms in bioinformatics

Quantum Bioinformatics – Research and development of quantum-inspired and quantum-based methods for analyzing complex biological data, as well as modeling molecular and genomic systems

Medical Data Integration Center – Integration, standardization, and management of medical data, as well as participation in modern research data infrastructures

Computational Cardiology Research Group – Development of computational models and analysis methods for studying cardiovascular diseases, simulation of electrophysiological processes, and data-driven support for clinical decision-making
