The Core Facility offers genotyping service from small scale to high throughput approaches: 

For low throughput projects real time PCR machines (BioRad CFX384) enable up to 2000 genotypes per day using TaqMan® technology. 

For medium to high throughput genotyping all Illumina Infinium genotyping products can be processed in a highly automated workflow using Illumina Tecan automation.
