Which data / data types are specifically affected?

Personal data such as surname, first name, date of birth, telephone number, email address and picture of the identity card are recorded and processed. Furthermore, your concerns will be queried and processed.

Processing purposes

The data is used for the purpose of revocation or rights of data subjects of those affected in the context of the broad consent of the Central Biobank.

Legal basis for processing and revocation

The legal basis for processing the personal data mentioned is the consent in accordance with Article 6 (1) letter a EU GDPR.
You have the right to revoke your data protection consent at any time. Revoking your consent does not affect the legality of the processing carried out on the basis of your consent up to the point of revocation. Send the revocation to the person responsible. There are no disadvantages for you through the revocation.

Recipient

The data is initially received by the responsible employees of the Compliance and Insurance division of the Münster University Hospital. After checking your identity and the legality of your request, your request will be forwarded to the responsible employees of the Central Biobank, for matters relating to biomaterials, and to the responsible employees of the Medical Data Integration Center, for matters relating to stored data, forwarded. These forwardings are made in pseudonymized form, i.e. without your personal data recorded.

Duration of storage

The data will be stored for a maximum of 3 months.
