Chemotaktische Formylpeptidrezeptoren in der Aktivierung und trans-endothelialen Migration von Leukozyten

    Die Extravasation von Leukozyten wird durch pro- und anti-entzündliche Signale kontrolliert, die eine korrekte Initiation und Terminierung der Aktivierung und Migration der Leukozyten gewährleisten. In diesem Projekt werden Faktoren identifiziert und charakterisiert, die diesen Prozess regulieren. Ein Hauptaugenmerk liegt auf dem anti-inflammatorischen Protein Annexin A1 und seinen Rezeptoren aus der Formylpeptidrezeptor-Familie.
