We are pleased to be part of the new DFG-funded Collaborative Research Centre (CRC) 1748 “Reproduction.MS”. Together with partners from basic research and clinical medicine, we investigate the molecular causes of male infertility.

The Institute of Medical Informatics (IMI) is responsible for establishing the research data and analytics infrastructure. To this end, we are developing a secure research data platform and supporting the consortium with methods from bioinformatics, artificial intelligence, and machine learning to analyze complex biological datasets.
