As a specialized 3D-Lab at the point of care, we also offer our comprehensive expertise in the application of additive manufacturing for highly sensitive and strictly regulated areas to companies, start-ups or R&D institutions. Thanks to our in-depth medical expertise and involvement in everyday clinical practice, planned innovations or models for illustrating or preparing operations can be tailored very specifically to existing requirements and needs. This includes feasibility testing and the creation of demonstrators and prototypes.

Our prints are proven to be sterilizable, making them ideal for further testing and development in laboratories and clean rooms. We also provide reliable information on mechanical properties such as watertightness and resilience. Testing and ensuring material properties such as sterilizability, precision, flexural strength, impact strength, tensile strength and biocompatibility is part of our quality management and is carried out regularly. Selected manufacturing processes are also certified in accordance with ISO/ASTM 52920.
