Participating laboratories will receive a range of samples to test their extraction efficiencies. Four samples will be extracted by the laboratory using standard DNA extraction methods. Participating laboratories will then quantify the DNA extracts alongside a quantification control provided by TrACE.

If you wish to test more than one extraction method, you have the possibility to do so by registering also for Module 8 Plus. 

Participants will receive a certificate of participation. A summary of all results will be made available so that the laboratory can assess its own performance.
