As we can only host a limited number of participants, registration follows a staged process.

Stage 1: Application 

  • Motiviation Statement
  • Abstract (required for PhD students and postdoctoral researchers)
  • Indication of presentation preference:
    • Miniposter (mandatory)
    • Short Talk (optional; selection for main programme)

Stage 2: Selection by Programme Committee

  • Participants and Short Talks are selected based on Motivation Statement and Abstracts

Stage 3: Registration

  • Selected applicants receive Registration Details
