I studied biomedical science at the University of Marburg for my bachelor's and at the University of Würzburg where I obtained my master's degree in 2019. During my master's studies, I did an Erasmus internship at the University of Iceland in Reykjavík. In my master thesis, I analyzed the effect of the knockout of leukotriene A4 hydrolase (LTA4H) on platelets. In Mai 2020, I joined Prof. Schwab´s group where I investigate the role of the sodium/calcium exchanger (NCX) in the pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC). I am part of the Research Training Group “Chembion”.
