- The legal job title was granted in Germany
- There is a membership in the chamber of physicians of Westfalen Lippe
- The relevant authority for medical work as CHI physician is “kassenärztliche Vereinigung Westfalen Lippe”
- Legal affairs concerning the medical profession are regulated by the chamber of physicians of “Ärztekammer Westfalen Lippe”.
