The counseling in the Medical Data Integration Center (MeDIC) includes:

• Data extracts from the Hospital Information System (HIS) ORBIS for scientific purposes (Routine queries as part of the specialist examination or accounting are explicitly excluded),

• Reuse of medical data from the electronic medical record (HIS, laboratory information system, etc.) for scientific purposes,

• Documentation of medical data for scientific purposes,

• Data protection regulations when using medical data for scientific purposes.

Registration for counseling at the MeDIC can be done either by e-mail or by phone.
