The idea of a cross-sectoral registry for patients with traumatic brain injury was funded by the Ministry of Health, Equalities, Care and Ageing of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia. In this project  located at the University Hospital Muenster (UKM), partners from the acute care(UKM), early rehabilitation (Clemenshospital Münster), long-term rehabilitation (HELIOS Klinik Hattingen) and coordinators of follow-up care (Zentrum für Ambulante Rehabilitation Münster, Kinderneurologie-Hilfe, Sozialpädiatrische Zentren NRW) work together. Aim of the project is to set up and establish a cross-sectoral documentation of patients with traumatic brain injury. The funding period of the pilot project ended on 30 June 2015.
