Bioanalyzer protein chip analysis

The Agilent 2100 bioanalyzer is a microfluidics-based platform for the analysis of DNA, RNA, proteins and cells. Based on lab-on-a-chip technology it has proven to be an excellent alternative to labor-intensive gel electrophoresis techniques; delivering fast, automated, high quality digital data instead of the subjective, time-consuming results associated with gels.

Protein LabChips® are an alternative way to analyze protein samples (ranges 10-50 kDa, 14-230 kDa).

Are you expressing recombinant proteins, purifying proteins, performing stability studies or working with antibodies? The LabChip® kits provide a fast and easy way to analyze a wide range of samples. When used with Agilent's 2100 bioanalyzer, each chip is capable of delivering size, purity and concentration information for protein samples. Simply add your proteins, start the chip run, and watch the real-time data display. In under 30 minutes the assay is complete. No more gels and buffers, tedious staining or imaging as in traditional SDS-PAGE.

Supply 4 microl 20-2000 ng/microl protein either desalted in water or dried or in PBS buffer. Other buffers with as little salt are possible.

We have established procedures for urine, cell extracts and whey.
