Interdisciplinary Centre for Clinical Research (IZKF) Münster
Münster Conference on Biomolecule Analysis
07. November 2018
SCOPE
Micro- and nanoanalytical including chip technologies are of major importance in research and development in the life sciences. Some of these such as fluorescent-based detection methods enable detection even at the single cell level. The scope of this conference is to provide a forum for scientists from various research disciplines to discuss the advancement in biomolecular analytical technologies and to provide a platform for young scientists to interact with experts in the field. The agenda of the conference includes workshops and talks, enabling participants to gain insights in selected experimental techniques.
This year, the focus will be on thin-layer chromatography / mass spectrometry (TLC-MS)-based analyses in collaboration with the companies Waters, CAMAG, Andrew Alliance, MSCi Consult and Merck. Gilson International will present a workshop on - Liquid Handling - Connected & Automated. In addition, a workshop on preparative techniques will be held by Serva Electrophoresis.
POSTER PRESENTATIONS
Participants are encouraged to present their research projects in the form of a poster. The two best posters will be awarded a book voucher of 150 EUR each.
